The Bottle Dock is a sleek, steel‑framed drying station designed for oversized bottles and tumblers. It features a diatomaceous earth base for moisture absorption and silicone‑capped racks to prevent scratching.

I led the rapid prototyping phase to perfect the assembly. Utilizing a combination of 3D printing and laser cutting, I rigorously tested the fit between the wire rack and the housing, fine-tuning material thicknesses to ensure a precise, rattle-free fit.

I utilized large-format 3D printing to build the design at full scale (1:1). This phase was critical for refining the assembly; using mechanically accurate printed SLA parts allowed me to fine-tune the fit and finish of complex connections.
